We provide professional vehicle detailing services through certified technicians using industry-approved products and equipment.


2. Service Scope and Professional Standards

Our services include paint correction, ceramic coating application, interior deep cleaning, and protective treatments. We focus on providing quality detailing using professional techniques and products suitable for different vehicle surfaces and conditions.

While we perform detailing to professional standards, results can be affected by pre-existing vehicle conditions, paint quality, and environmental factors. We provide realistic assessments based on thorough vehicle evaluation.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful detailing services, clients agree to:

  • Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service
  • Disclose any existing vehicle damage, previous repairs, or special surface treatments
  • Provide accurate vehicle information and service history
  • Inform us of any specific product sensitivities or treatment preferences
  • Ensure adequate fuel for vehicle movement if required during detailing
  • Follow aftercare instructions to maintain treatment effectiveness

4. Vehicle Access and Condition Requirements

Clients must ensure their vehicle is accessible and in appropriate condition for detailing treatments. We reserve the right to reschedule services if vehicles arrive with excessive soiling that may affect treatment outcomes.

We cannot provide detailing services where vehicles pose safety risks or where condition prevents proper treatment application.


5. Scheduling and Treatment Timing

Detailing appointments are confirmed upon booking with estimated completion times provided. Service duration may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and specific treatment requirements.

Detailing time may be affected by factors including paint condition, interior soiling level, and environmental conditions affecting curing times for coatings.


6. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service fees are as detailed in our service quotations and payable upon completion of work. Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring extensive correction or additional treatment stages. Payment is due upon service completion.

We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, debit cards, and major credit cards. Deposits may be required for extensive detailing packages or ceramic coating applications.


7. Detailing Procedures and Product Applications

We adhere to professional detailing practices using appropriate techniques for different vehicle surfaces. Treatment applications follow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices for optimal results.

We use industry-approved detailing products and follow established protocols for surface preparation, correction, and protection applications.


8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Detailing appointments can be rescheduled without penalty with 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the quoted service cost. Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount if preparation work has commenced.

We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergencies with appropriate notification.


9. Vehicle Condition Assessment

We conduct pre-service inspections to understand detailing requirements and identify any existing vehicle conditions that may affect treatment outcomes. Pre-existing damage should be documented before work commences.

We provide honest assessments about achievable results and any limitations based on vehicle condition, paint thickness, and surface integrity.


10. Treatment Limitations and Expectations

While detailing can significantly improve vehicle appearance, certain conditions like deep scratches, paint damage, or permanent stains may not be fully correctable. We discuss realistic outcomes during the consultation phase.

Protective coatings require proper maintenance as outlined in aftercare instructions to maintain their effectiveness and warranty validity.


11. Warranty and Aftercare Requirements

Certain treatments include manufacturer warranties that require specific maintenance procedures. Clients are responsible for following aftercare guidelines to maintain warranty coverage.

Proper maintenance between detailing sessions helps preserve treatment results and may extend the effectiveness of protective applications.


12. Service Satisfaction

We aim to provide detailing services that meet client expectations. Any service concerns should be discussed with our team during the service or within 24 hours of completion. We address genuine service issues promptly through our quality assurance process.

13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for detailing services is limited to the terms of our service insurance and manufacturer warranties. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues arising from improper aftercare maintenance.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and exercise professional care in all vehicle handling and treatment applications.
